BlueGriffon:

BlueGriffon is a complete WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) web authoring system for Linux, Windows and Macintosh which is based on the program NVU. No technical expertise or knowledge of HTML is necessary to create web pages. More information can be found on www.bluegriffon.org.
